Frequently asked questions

What kinds of units do you build?

We build a range of electronic units, junction boxes being one example. Our focus is through-hole, cable and wiring assembly. Send us your requirements and we will tell you if we can help.

Can you load our software for testing?

Yes, where required. Customer-provided software or firmware can be loaded so assembled units can be fully functionally tested.

Can you supply the components?

Say in your enquiry whether you plan to supply the components, and we will confirm how materials will be handled when we quote.

Do you handle repeat orders?

Yes. Repeat builds follow the agreed build specification and checks, and materials are reviewed before each production run.

Can units be serial numbered and traced?

Yes. Units are serial numbered so each one can be traced in the future. Say in your enquiry if you need a particular numbering or labelling format.

How is my information kept confidential?

What you send is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and carry out the work. If you need an NDA in place before sharing details, say so in your enquiry.

Send the build details.

Before you send an enquiry, the quote checklist shows what helps us quote: part numbers and quantities, a bill of materials, drawings or assembly instructions, test requirements, and any software to load. Send what you have and we will ask for anything missing.
